About Us

Amritsari Chatore was born from a simple belief: that the most extraordinary food comes from the humblest kitchens. The mission was to bring the soulful, freshly-pulled flavours of Amritsar's street food, the kulchas, chaat, poori chana, halwa and lassi, to Mississauga's vegetarian community.

Our Journey

Every detail of the kitchen reflects how it's done back home. Kulchas are pulled fresh to order, masalas are ground in-house, sweets are prepared the same morning and nothing is held over. The menu spans the full range of Amritsari favourites, from patty and paneer kulchas to bhature chhole, gol gappe and maa parantha thali, all in a fully vegetarian kitchen with Jain-friendly options on request.
